Q1. How to purchase products on the website?
To make purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the product you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “View Cart” to display everything in your cart.
- Proceed to How to Purchase on Website page for the complete process for making payment.
Q2. What are the payment methods available?
Fesyen Terbaru dot MY (FT dot MY) offers various Payment Methods as shown below :-
1. Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Banking - via senangPay
2. Manual Payment
- Bank Transfer | Cash Deposit - via ATM | CDM
- Online Transfer - via banks' website or app

After you have made the payment, please send us the payment details as follows :

OR, you may snap a picture of the transaction slip and reply with the picture to the confirmation email that we sent to you earlier.
OR, you may Login to your account on this website and upload the picture of the transaction slip.
OR, you may contact us on Facebook Messenger for sending the picture of the transaction slip.
Note: Your purchased products will not be processed until we have this proof of payment.
Q3. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Login to your account → Click on “Edit” for updating your account information.
- Login to your account → Click on “View Address” for updating your address.
Q4. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the box, your email address that was used to register the account.
- Click on "Submit" button.
- A verification email will be sent to you with the instructions for resetting your password.
Q5. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, BUT only if the order is still on 'Pending' status.
- Please reply the email invoice that we sent you earlier and stated your intention, something like “Request to cancel order” will do.
- OR, if you registered with our website using your Facebook account, contact us via Facebook Messenger.
Note: Orders that are already in shipping process cannot be cancelled.
Q6. What is the currency used for the transaction?
All transactions will be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Q7. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually takes about 3 to 12 working days, depending on the origin of the product whether it is from Malaysia or from overseas.

ATAU, and hubungki kami di Facebook Messenger dan hantar gambar resit transaksi tersebut.
Nota: Pesanan hanya akan diproses setelah kami terima resit transaksi tersebut sebagai bukti pembayaran.
Q3. Bagaimana mahu menukar maklumat peribadi dan alamat penghantaran?
- Login ke akaun anda → Klik "Edit" untuk mengemaskini maklumat akaun.
- Login ke akaun anda → Klik "View Address" untuk mengemaskini alamat.
Q4. Saya terlupa password. Bagaimana saya mahu mendapatkannya?

Ya, TETAPI hanya jika pesanan tersebut di dalam status 'Pending'.
